if you think about it minato is = to the 1st hokage they both are masters at sealing jutsu,both are smart,both can beat the nine tails, both fight with lots of weapons(even tho minato's are all the same kunai) and both can protect them selfs from powerful ninjutsu nd the nine tails tbb.

In there personality they are also very similar they both married uzumaki's and both can hold there own against madara.
