Who do you think had one of the best lines/ catch phrase before unleashing a jutsu. My fav was jiraiya's summoning bring down the house jutsu.

kakashi always is late but then gets really seruise afterwards and says following the rules is the most important thing in the in the ninja world.....when in reality he never follows the rules (not reallly a catch phrase more like a action hes known for)
