Yes j man is in top ten for me he was able to take out the pains and take out more with one arm naruto could not do that in sage mode naruto could not neat pain with just sage mode when pain had him on the floor he was still in sage mode because he reversed traCked were the chakra was coming from he is not the best but I do believe Ur is on the level of the first
