Flying Thunder God Technique would work. Sharingan keeps up with speed, nomatter how high. This means that, even though Naruto has the "yellow flash," his speed won't do all that good against Sasuke. Flying Thunder God Technique is INSTANTANIOUS, meaning speed is irrelivent--it's not speed, it's instantanious teleportation.

I could give another three paragraphs+ on how Naruto could win, and be GREATLY improved if he had FTGG as "that jutsu." But it's 9:20 in the morning and I'm lazy right now. But you know what? I'll do it anyway

Naruto's key move is the Rasengan. This jutsu and Flying Thunder God Tehnique fill in each other's holes, so to speak.
The Rasengan is powerful, and Naruto could make several in a fight. The problem is, it's a jabbing technique. Just like Kakashi and Sasuke's chidori, you have to run in and get close to strike. If the enemy can follow your movements (such as the Sharingan) and/or you can't follow theirs, then it's dangerous and somewhat foolish.
The Flying Thunder God Technique is INSTANTANIOUS, meaning speed is no problem at all. The real problem is: what to do when you get there? Minato was the only one who could lay a hand on Tobi because Tobi's Sharingan can track movements. Even in Kyuubi mode, Naruto may be fast, but the Sharingan can track you regardless. This is not a problem for the Flying Thunder God Technique.
The Flying Thunder God Technique can allow Naruto to arrive instantly at another person's position, while the Rasengan gives him a powerful move to do when he gets there. See what I mean?

if anyone actually read the manga, OR watched the show kakashi even says that he couldnt do rasengan, chidori is just a cheap copy of that move, and it was never a finished move to began with even after kakashi got obitos eye. all that did was make a straight forward attack hit by taking advantage of the sight given by the sharingan. onlly reason rasengan and chidori looked to be evenly matched is the simple fact naruto doesnt really want to hurt sasuke so ultimately he always holds back, very simple given narutos character.


although kakashi did learn it in preparation for narutos rasenshuriken, but his is nowhere close to as strong as narutos. i apologize about having to edit my post

Naruto has improved in more ways than one beyond Sasuke after their last meeting and the Rasengan vs Chidori exchange. Naruto has SM, KM, Sof6PMode. Sasuke have just EMS. In SM, the Oodama Rasengan can tank the Chidori, Rasenshuriken can sink the Susano'o, the TBB can do unspeakable damage. So it will be bad idea for Sasuke to try to match his Chidori to any of the above-listed attacks from Naruto. However, if it is the regular Rasengan, he can meet it with the Chidori and both of them can be blast off as usual.

He made Chidori because he couldn't learn Rasengan from Minato because it was too difficult for him... he could copy it however. Once he got sharingan he could do rasengan but stuck with Raikiri because his advanced lightning blade>rasengan. Also, the only nature affinity compatible with rasengan is wind which is the only one kakashi does not possess... this is why he stuck with raikiri

I've always wondered this same question!!! at one point sasuke was alot stronger and then naruto learnt sage techniques to balance sasukes mangekyo sharingan, i would balance rasengan-chidori, TBB-kirin, MS-sage, EMS - light bulb mode. but as naruto has kuramas full power now i don't see how sasuke will equal that? don't want to see sasuke achieve the rinnegan as it would kinda ruin the manage/anime.

If Sasuke and Naruto indeed have the fated fight and it isn't a friendly one at the end of the manga (which would obviously occur if Sasuke changes, is pardoned etc.) then in my opinion, I think that Kishi will depict them fighting seriously. Thus they most likely will use everything in their arsenal to defeat one another. With that being said Kishi has recently been downplaying Sasuke due to plot induced stupidity thus we've yet to see if Eien no Mangekyou contains a new doujutsu. However, with what Naruto stated about them both dying in the end due to his assuming that they were on par with each other almost foreshadows that no matter what training/power-ups these two attain neither will be better than the other. I'm hoping they don't fight and their "fated battle" is a friendly one. Hopefully Itachi is able to get through to Sasuke or at least halfway or so and Naruto can the rest of the way whichever suits me.

That is not true. It completely shattered his Susano'o? Then how come when Itachi was hit by Kirin Itachi got up, Sasuke said what is that, zetsu explained susano'o to his other half then itachi slowly started approaching Sasuke IN SUSANO'O before he died... that doesn't sound like a shattering

jiraiya is quoted in the manga and the show saying that since there are no hand signals it can not be copied by the sharingan. naruto was told if u dont KNOW how to do it you will never know how it works. kakashi was taught the rasengan by jiraiya properly to help naruto in his training

No... when kakashi performed rasengan in front of naruto he was mad because he thought kakashi was bragging but he said i couldnt put a change of nature in it, neither could jiraiya or minato... im not even sure if its possible and all this other stuff. this is the smartest thing i have seen on this discussion, naruto has never wanted to kill sasuke BUT sasuke has tried to kill naruto and it has always been a stale mate for the simple fact naruto wants to bring him back
