The only person to dodge a tailed beast bomb was pain in deva path but that was only from 6 tails naruto
Minato and Oro could not dodge it (Minato MIGHT have been able to, actually probably could but he had to save the village) Minato used ftg to get rid of it and Oro had to summon his wall to block it. So it has never been proved that it can be dodged, but can be avoided if that makes sense.

It was Kabuto in his Sage Mode. If he physically dodged Susanno's arrows then he's obviously extremely fast... Even Kakashi said the only thing he could do was Kamui the arrow away because it was so fast, and we all know Kakashi is no sluggish shinobi. Not to mention this was before Sasuke mastered his Susanno.


The TBB is referred to as "unavoidable" because even if it missed you you'll still get caught in it's blast radius. The TBB are powerful enough to destroy mountains:

Are you trying to imply that people can run the length of an entire mountain in mere seconds to avoid this technique's blast radius? Not even Naruto characters can do that except for the obvious exceptions. Even if the TBB missed you by 100 meters you'll still be dead.

Unless it's people who have the level of speed necessary to dodge it completely, or have unique techniques that can divert it away, there's not much you can do against a TBB coming right at you. Even Gai and Kakashi would have died facing it if it weren't for KM Naruto.
