Having a character with Rinnegan

I wasn't actually planning to use it but I read that you need to be a member for 4 months and pass a test. So does this mean a person can have their account deleted if they claim they have it? or write their character has it in their biography?

Another question: What if I claimed my character had it but his eyes were taken from him at an earlier stage in his life. is that the same as claiming you have them even if not a member for 4 months and passing the required test.

to anwser your second qeustion yes that is the same thing becuase there are other benefits besides eyes

1.) Only Nagato bios can posses the Rinnegan, and there are pretty harsh rules and tests needed to obtain that bio. And if you do, custom bios will never be able to have it.

Madara is a special bio also that requires a test equally as difficult, seeing as 4 people in the entire history of NB have ever had the bio. But they're currently on hold, as each week, new powers of his are being shown.

That should be a long term goal for you, bud. Here's the requirements:

You must be registered for see links

- To have a Nagato Uzumaki Bio a member must be at least Sannin Rank
- They must have been a member for at least 6 months
- They must gain permission from two roleplay moderators
- A member must undertake a battle test given by Zenryoku, Izuna, Scary Yamato showing their skill and understanding of the Basic 5 elements and The Rinnengan techniques.
- A Nagato Uzumaki bio cannot have The Eight Gates or Sage mode within their biography.
- A member cannot possess a Special Bio as their second Biography for example Minato or Madara or possess a kekkai Genkai in their second biography

The rules for Madara are similar, but he's currently on hold, so you can't even try for him.
