I could make a blue sharingan, but it'd be difficult. And I'm not giving you sharingan in the first place; such a thing would be giving you needless power.

Does he just want his eyes to look like blue sharingan, without it having any effect? Because that's what your method would do. The same effect can be produced with plastic surgery
