Is Amaturasu summoned or made of chakra?

Seriously is it summoned or made up out of the users chakra? if so then how the heck does it even burn chakra if its chakra itself. Also would do you think would happen if two MS users cast amaturasu at each other and the flames directly hit. Would they extinguish themselves or continue to burn?

Taking off your cloths.
Using Preta Path

it starts out as chakra but then becomes the black fire jus like the elemental jutsu starts out as chakra but turns into the element at the very least its def not a summon ....summons take contracts seals and a place where the summon chills think about it like there there is not a demesion full of black fire jus waiting to be summoned

Well, it's most likely made of Chakra. It is not summoned, even though it may look like it.
Amaterasu can be avoided if..

• you're like the Raikage, with speed too fast for Sharingan and increased, flash-like reflexes
• you possess the Rinnegan, repelling it with Shinra Tensei
• you have mastered some kind of a rebirth-technique, like the one Orochimaru's using or Izanagi
• you're an Uchiha with a Mangekyou Sharingan, hence being able to extinguish it, though not instantly
