Kabuto's in Izanami!

Kabuto is in Izanami..Why?
Itachi talked about the jutsu and the jutsu itself wasn't brought to light.I think Itachi has activated it and Kabuto is under Izanami.

Theory

Izanami is a technique where you can see what other's are visualizing.It's like getting into their memories.
Itachi tricked Kabuto think into his past and who he was.(Kabuto don't know that Itachi is monitoring him cause the jutsu effects regardless of their 5 senses)
It's to know the weakness of Kabuto & decide his destiny with it.

According to Itachi, this technique and Izanagi form a pair, but unlike the latter, which is a technique capable of altering destiny, Izanami is instead one that "decides" it. So Kabuto's destiny would be decided after these memories in my opinion U_U
