Is the Rinnegan the final dojutsu

I ask is the Rinnegan the final dojutsu because I look at the Jubbi's eye. The rinnegan is only designed after one part of the eye. The Sharingan after the Tome on his eye. I can only assume that the combination of both would be the ultimate, same as Tobi's mask. What are your thoughts

it is possible that the juubi eye is the tru rinnegan and the final stage even the back of the sages cloak represents the rinnegan and the 9 tomes so there is def sumthing going on their forsure as to what no one can say

i have a theory that each tome represents a jutsu cuz the sharingan had 3 tomes wich formed into the mangekyo wich has 3 jutsu amaterasu , tykomi, susanoo and the rinnegan has 6 paths all can be considered a different jutsu totaling 9 but its jus an idea im kicking around theres still alota holes in it one being the rinne rebirth and the seventh jutsu of the rinnegan haha

but ya there is def sumthing about the juubi eye to be revealed b4 the end

maybe man and sometime back someone was saying something like what if the rinnegan activated by the uchiha aint true rinnegan maybe an imitation or something and that the senju are the ones who can get the true rinnegan or something forgot where i read it though

Rinnegan would most likely be the final doujutsu.. Your avatar might just be the genjutsu the sage used to control the juubi ? like how the sharingan reflected off kurama's eyes ?
