I used the arrow step to follow with a surprise attack, not to dodge your move. I knew you'd be trying to argue about that... Also, your move lacked desscriptions. I can see 2 ways to close that arguement: either as a Sensei what he thinks of it, or continue from the spot we were at... it's up to you...

My move is simple, it doesn't require a lot of detail. The description of the attacks used are inside the jutsus themselves. I could just as well have posted ''I use ______'' instead of a one or two sentences explaining the move itself. It would have still been valid. If someone is dumb enough not to understand even the simplest of moves then they ain't gonna go anywhere in this RP. Did you even bother reading the descriptions? One of our main arguments excluding the timeframe breaking since Necron himself didn't know about that, was that he can't dodge my Gushing Water by using his arrow step. Why? Because his lightning needs to be channeled into his feet to perform the move, while my gushing water would begin from his feet, thus that would shock him and leave him paralyzed.
Now how hard is it for someone to describe the turn of events, leading from a small orb of water being created beneath the opponent, then grow large and trap him in a sphere of water, binding him to his place. I don't need to describe that like a bloody essay, its in the description of the jutsu. If everyone wrote essays regarding their move, why the hell do the jutsus have description themselves? For example, what more could you add to what I actually did, it's extremely simple, i didn't nuke him nor did I perform something outside the box. I simply trapped him in a sphere of water, then release a tornado of water towards his body, how ***king hard can it be for someone to describe that? It's relatively simple, unless you're mentally challenged and have no idea how our RP even works you'd pretty much be able to understand the circumstance that you'd be in.
