CW question about Kanji to Romanji

Hey whats up guys

I have a noob question

Ok I posted a CW to wait for it to be approved. And I wait and wait and it finally gets....declined WTH He said that I musnt use a different font, and no colors (when I first posted it I didnt know that but forgot to change it) and then he said that I musnt use Kanji I used google Translate to translate my stuff so I guess google used Kanji style to do that. But Romanji style? Idk how to even get to a translator for that and the one that NB provides

is kinda confusing and it dosnt translate some of the stuff that is simple to translate :/ so my question is, is that can someone please point me in the right direction for a Romanji style translator that will actually be easy to use and less difficult? And I know its not needed but I like to use the Japanese characters like for Fire which is Kasai I like to include 火災 because it looks cool and official.

So again if anyone can help me on this noobish question and give me a link to a translator that is easy to use and Simple that would be great thank you and sorry to bother you all with a noob question :T_T:

If it doesn't translate. Simply choose another word (i.e. a synonym) to translate into Romaji.
Then just use that Romaji translation for your original word. No need to be so picky.

I did :/ I just gave up on it and pasted my word to be translated, and then just copied and paste what the translator gave me. If they dont like it then they can find a better translator :/ (my opinion google is better >_>) but anyways thanks for the help guys

I'd die if someone used kanji or who knows what characters. xd

To me, almost all of them are squiggly lines. You can't search for those words, you can't type them, they're just there... drawings.

Use the English words, really. You'd be making everyone's life easier. And everyone will have far more respect for your bio if it was authentic - instead of a personal definition of "cool". I would.


Edit: "drawings" at their best. To many people, they look like uniform rectangles. very ugly. Fonts are also not platform independent, so others might see crap where you see awesome, literally.

If it doesn't translate a word, simply go to google and type in

"How to say ____ in Japanese"

Find a good link and bam, there you go. Works for me every time/

Romanji is the Romanization of the sounds of the Japanese language. Basically, its how Japanese sounds while translated into the Roman Alphabet.

You can add Kanji to your personal CJ thread if you want. However, to submit an approvable custom technique you need the Japanese name in romanji form and the English name.

Also, that wasn't the only reason why your weapon was declined. Lol

Oh and tips on translating names (got this from Lili-Chwan actually):

Lets say you want Phoenix and the translator doesn't find it. Ok... why dont you translate "fire" and then "bird"?

Falcons...if the translator doesn't find it, why not try "Eagle"?

Also, the translator only translates one word at a time. At least, that translator we provide. I might try to find another one that is good and set it to use if i can. I came across one better than that one a few days back.​
