The biggest Bounty in the Bingo Book

I have read before, that there's one shinobi that top the bounty in the bingo book, about close to 300,000,000 Ryou..

Do anyone of know about this? Please shed some light...

I've seen his picture, but he's someone I'm not familiar..but he closely resembles Sasuke's father.

Agreed, Kabuchimaru is Public Enemy #1 at the moment....he basically stole Tobi's thunder as lead antagonist haha and at the people saying names other than criminals, I thought only "bad guys" go in the bingo book?!

Usually it's only "bad guys." But I'd assume anyone can put anyone's name in the bingo book with a bounty if they have the money to pay the bounty.
