Characters that are worse than they should be-Generation

I am changing this because my answer has changed.

I now know that KM Naruto is pretty damn good and although his speed isn't on par with the likes of Minato, he is very strong. Just beat a full health Kisame is about 3 seconds flat with KM.​

Who do you think they under/over-powered in this game?

Yeah I know but he is not that fast, he rushes forward and then he becomes fast after the 1st hit. He is fast for that move and also for his Jutsu but otherwise he seems to wait between his combo hits...too slow for what he should have been and the fact that Neji pts is faster,is freaking stupid.

I'd say Gaara and Itachi 'cause they are so slow and it takes them
so long to cast a normal jutsu.
So fights like Gaara vs Deidara and Itachi vs Sasuke where quite hard
with that slow characters.

Km Naruto's Ninjutsu is easy to dodge, his speed is decent,
Underpowered is Choji, that's about all..I can go on and on about
Overpowered though :ghehe:

Tsukiyomi itachi, mainly cause his jutsu is SOO slow. And i think they could have made Gai alot better, change his jutsus up or something. and also the first three hokages all have the same basic jutsu :/

It's not stupid, They stuck to the anime, Neji's hand to hand combat
Is indeed faster, Narutos may not be fast but it packs a punch.

Naruto moved faster than Raikage which makes him the fastest. Also, Neji as a grown up is much slower than as a child....so he got worse?

That's 'coz the younger generation characters have a speed boost to make up for their lack of power when compared to the shippuden characters

Frankly the power dealt by the pts characters is exactly the same as those who are not pts. Those characters who have higher hit-rates do less damage as a matter of making the game fair not because the pts are weaker.

pts Gaara has hits which do much more damage than many shippuden characters as do many of the slower pts ones.....
