i think madara "Tobi" is lying , do you know why ?

in Kushina arc when madara sent the kyubi when itachi was carrying sasuke .

itachi said "Where did Mom and Dad go at a time like this" that means madara was lying about the truth , he told sasuke that konoha told itachi to kill the uchiha because they didn't help them stop the kyubi .

Then where do you think Mikoto and sasuke Dad "Don't know his name" Go?
