Knowing that Oro and Danzo thinks highly of Nonou, I wouldnt doubt it. And we know nothing of Kabuto's life before the orphanage. Nonou and Kabuto also are beast at healing. Also, Orochimaru kept telling Kabuto to become a shinobi so maybe, maybe not. This could be why Oro wanted Kabuto so much because he knew he had potential to be great like Nonou because they share the same dna. Not the worse theory I guess

One more thing, why didnt Kabuto not remember anything? I could only think of someone purposely erasing his memory

One more thing, Nonou was legendary for her skill in the intelligence department and isn't Kabuto really intelligent? And dude if you redo this thread, add in that Oro and/or Danzo dropped Kabuto off so he can be taught medical jutsu by Nonou and they came back for Kabuto because he was ready.

The similarities between Kabuto and Nanou can probably be chalked up to artistic license. Kishi took Kabuto's traits and based Nanou off of them. As for the hair, we don't even know what color hair she has...we just know that it is a light color.
