Ok, who else is utterly dissapointed in this? oO I mean, I was expecting them to be working together on equal terms, not Oro to be Danzo's Root recruit... I'm very dissapointed in Oro, seriusly... Who else agrees with me?

oro was loyal to the leaf before his defection. maybe danzo promised to help him develop immortality jutsu while oro gave danzo sharingans. raikage insinuated the two planned to crush the leaf together. i dont see anything wrong with it. he was obviously nobodys bitch after leaving akatsuki.

That's not very surprising at all.

Orochi joined the Akatsuki for a while and supposedly does the bidding of Pain/Nagato. It seems Orochi has a knack for joining shady organizations and doesn't mind being an underling of whoever is in charge.

turns out Orochimaru was the one who sent Kabuto to Sasori

So, up until this chapter we were to believe what we were told years and years ago: that Kabuto was sent to Orochimaru as a spy by Sasori, as seen below.

But now in chap 583 we see that Orochimaru hand-picked Kabuto at a young age, as he does with all shinobi he wants, which was before he ever worked for Sasori. This means that Orochimaru sent Kabuto to spy on Sasori and not the other way around. I can't really think of any huge influence on the story this has but at least it's new info!
