-Blu-Ray Capability
-Netflix Free
-Has Exclusive Games (Killzone, Resistance, Etc)
Cons
-Less Players Online
-Not as many features on PSN as Xbox Live

Xbox 360-

Pros
-More Quality Graphics
-More Xbox Live players
-Has Exclusive Games (Halo, Dead or Alive, Etc)
-Has an HD-DVD player (Not sure if it's in the console or separate)

Cons
-Not as good quality on 1080p
-Lagging more than PS3
-Console heats up alot faster than the PS3 Slim

I prefer PS3 because it's games are more easily accessible from where I stay. There is considerably less variety in XBox360 games here.

Unfortunately, my PS3 is broken since some time now. I'm currently economizing to buy myself a new one at the end of the year.

I like both, but if i had to choose it would be X-box, reasons:
1. Party Chat.
2. Faster.
3. Updates are not huge.

Ps3 are good because the PSN is free. I started with a ps3, my ps3 stuffed up few times too many, and I was sick of it. So I got an xbox, no problems so far, and I'm more then happy with my X-box 360!

Seriously, you get the console that your friends have and if you don't have friends you should bother looking for some first before you consider buying either an Xbox or a PS3.
