Unless you have trained in fuuinjutsu, you cannot summon any type of object (unless summoning creatures from blood contract).



You can only have one element with reduced handseals.

Hrmm I have talked to someone and was told that any basic ninja tools to salmon from a tattoo was okay. Without fuuin or else I wouldn't done that. And with the rest I'll fix it in a while
