Uchiha bros dojutsu are insane but t can never stand up to the beast ball attack
of naruto & bee. ill smoke the susanoo defense like hot knife trough butter. naruto & bee will win this with high difficulty mainly bcoz of itachi's intelligence.

well .... naruto and sasuke both die then itachi kills bee so yeah the winner will be itachi

Hate it how Uchiha fanboys tip the scale to their advantage. Sasuke can't have EMS if he is fighting along with Itachi (no one ever said edo Itachi) so they both Have MS.
Anyway every MS jutsu requires a big amount of chakra, and also you have to take into account the pain you suffer.
With Naruto's speed they will have to keep Susanoo up all the time (even if not in complete form) therefore using up chakra constantly just for defense.
Naruto is fast enough to avoid Amaterasu and Tsukuiomi... And Sasuke isn't even all that good with Tsukuiomi to begin with.
I highly doubt Itachi's totsuka blade can seal the Jynk (Mintao said that it is physically impossible to seal Kurama with the death ripper seal, and also he said that a Jynk can't use it... therefore a Jynk/Bijuu can't be sealed forever) and even if it could, he would need a very smart plan to catch Naruto.
In my opinion the Uchiha Brothers would loose, especially because of their chakra levels.

I think Itachi has enough chakra to use the mirror and figure out a way to win. He'll resort to Izanami if he has to.

Suppressing would only work if it was only the Nine Tails. It's naruto and the NINE Tails so that doesn't work because Naruto can just bring the chakra back out. Secondly, genjutsu has stated not to work and the way the battle is set up with Naruto and Bee I don't see them getting set up in a genjutsu. Izanami is a mystery.
