First you must delete Sasuke and Madara because MS can't even compare with EMS.. So delete those two, and from Ms I would say Itachi, but overall Sharingan master is Madara.

Fail. Amaterasu is their special power, its unique only to them. That's why when Sasuke used it agaisnt Danzo, Danzo said you truly are Itachi's better
