Shizune vs Genin Sasuke

So, I've been thinking up a number of battles-that-were-never-fated-to-be and this one struck me. Who would win in a fight between Tsunade's first apprentice and Sasuke from his good ol' genin days. PLEASE NOTE: Sasuke's powers are those he received AFTER training with Kakashi.

As always please provide a suitable reason!

This is Genin Sasuke from Part 1. o.o Tobi wasn't even in Part 1 so I don't know why you're bringing him into the thread. We haven't seen much from Shizune, but we know she can poison him. If she did that she could win.

Shizune seems to have tricks up her sleeve. Think about how she hid that contraption that was filled with poisonous projectiles. If Shizune gets too cocky or holds back, than she would lose in my opinion. Naruto almost stalemated Kabuto even without the Kyuubi's chakra. By logic, Kabuto would stomp Naruto - and he did for the most part. He got cocky though and gave Naruto an opportunity to get his Rasengan on him. Sasuke is at least as smart as Naruto at that time, while Shizune is weaker than Kabuto.

The fact that it's Chunnin exam Sasuke changes things a bit though. This is still when Sasuke's biggest trump cards were Chidori and his curse seal (which he hesitated to use).
