She is not from a clan. Just a regular family. The fact that we know nothing of her family means they aren't ninjas. Likely regular village people who run shops and whatnot.

Doesnt mean her last name is "Haruno" means she's from the Haruno clan ... Most people don't have thier clan names as thier last names ..
