Deserving it and being the ideal wielder for it are different things entirely. He held his own against Kisame, check. He has mastered his bijuu, check. He is at the Kage leve, check. The list could probably go on, that's not the point though. Does he use Samehada? Eh, once or twice maybe? Does he understand it? Can he fuse with it? None of these are to be seen.

It should go to Suigetsu, assuming all other ideal character choices are dead. Give to Kakashi? That's a real laugh, as Kakashi isn't the type to use such a weapon. Sure, if he used it properly it could be a huge power boost but you could say that about any form of power-up. Just because something could help a character doesn't mean they deserve or should have said power-up.

In summary: Killer Bee has earned Samehada but he doesn't truly deserve it based on his fighting style and lack of use of the legendary sword.o

Kakashi has neither earned nor deserves Samehada.

Suigetsu being of the mist, a swordsman, technically a seven swordsman at this point -- Not only deserves but has earned the right to wield Samehada.

You could be right on the fact that he has a ton of chakra already and does not need it to absorb chakra....unless he is fighting someone OP

What has Suigetsu done to earn the right to wield Samehada? Technically, he not a seven ninja swordsman.Chojuro is a Seven ninja swordsman who serves the Mizekage.Suigetsu is a missing nin from the Mist Village who never was a member of the seven ninja swordsmen and only got Kubikiribocho because Sasuke.The only thing you got right was Suigetsu is a swordmans, but Killer Bee a better swordmans.

I doubt Bee will ever learn to use Samehada like Kisame, seeing as he's a perfect jinchuriki.I doubt Kishi would ever let it be a point where Killer Bee could turn into some Shark/Man/Oxtopus hybrid.That would make Bee to Overpowering.
