Why do ppl hate sasuke?

You aren't looking at both sides. Sure, his clan was murdered, but he doesn't need to abandon what lots of love that he is actually getting after his family's death. People have had many close people die infront of them, but they dont turn into jerks.

he did what he had to... konoha wasn't helping in achieving his goals... and if he never went with Oro he wouldn't have Itachi probably wouldn't have removed his curse mark.

OH and remember he also left because of the curse mark... remember it was a big push into making him leave. Orochimaru even said that he would come to him for power because of the curse mark. So it wasn't completely him

u do realize how long ago that episode was right? like i said sasuke doesn't care for naruto yet and he's already proven he's stronger than him twice... plus sasuke's reasons for that were wrong because

1. Naruto's teacher is stronger than kakashi who was sasuke's original sensei

2. He was mostly mad when he realized that the whole that he made was bigger than his so he assumed that naruto was stronger when in truth rasengan is a stronger ability than chidori... so if sasuke was to learn rasengan then he probably would have made a same size or bigger whole than naruto

i gotta give some rep to the person who made this thread... i love these kind of things lol

seriously u can't say that naruto is stronger than sasuke. It would have been a better fight if Naruto was alive. But think about this... when naruto was fighting deidra with 3 tails he injured him badly but sasuke still was the one who killed him... And when he killed him i don't remember how but i believe that he had both of his arms back... He was also able to do another thing that naruto wasn't able to with 4 tails.... he defeated Orochimaru and could've killed him

But we're going way off of topic here...

He's too self centered, he's never going to be satisfied until he realizes (if he ever does -_-) that true happiness comes from helping others not yourself. And I understand he had a hard life, but let's not lie Naruto's is just as bad. I personally would rather have the memories than to never know what it was like to have parents. But it's true every charecter has their flaws and Naruto, unfortunatly hasen't had a real fight (besides when he went four tails which was awsome but it sadly wasen't really Naruto fighting) fought anyone in a lengthy battle. But anyway...

Sasuke did not get lots of love after his family was killed, just as Naruto. He was left on hiw own and no one adopted him, he was only 8 back then. And after 4 years of being alone, he goes to the ninja academy and has a team for the first time in his life. How can someone who is 12 be able to have feelings after 4 years of being left alone?

People may not turn into jerks but most have usually at least one member left alive and taking care for them, not Sasuke. Plus the murderer was the person he had loved most.
