Paper Ninjutsu

Hey ok so my konan bio just got approved and i wanted to know do i get paper jutsu automatically? Do i have to ask for a mods permission to get it automatically? Do i have to train with a sensei for it and if so which sensei's train it?

I don't think there is currently any sensei that teaches Paper, therefore as stated in the new rules,

You must be registered for see links

, you will need to contact an RP mod and get receive their permission to get the Konan techniques auto.
