I think Neji can take out Jugo if he doesn't shit his pants once he transforms. As for Suigetsu, I can't see how either of them can take him out. Physical attacks are practically useless since he can liquefy himself, and he took a freaking Bijuu Dama to the face. This is a tough one, but I'm gonna go with Jugo and Suigetsu.

Suigetsu is clearly the problem here since i think Choji could beat Juugo. I don't see what Choji or Neji could do against Suigetsu, so it could go either way but i bet for Choji and Neji

Neji and Chouji. They both dealt with curse marked people before, Juugo wouldn't be so new to either one. I don't think Suigetsu would be a good match up against Neji in particular because Neji could drain Suigetsu's chakra, cuz as we've seen when Kisame drained Suigetsu's chakra he pretty much shat brix...so Neji and Chouji for me
