you need 4 ppl to do that jutsu and they have to be stationed at four points around the target sasuke cannot use that jutsu

It was a jutsu used by 4of the 12 guardians that asuma was in and that's canon so there jutsu may be too..

And a good way for sasule to do it is make clones and limelight some ish up :scorps:

Filler or not that jutsu needed 4 people to complete it, besided kirin is strong as hell by itself and he has Susanno

But hypothetically couldn't he use lightning clones for the 4 person requirements?? And kirin takes too much prep time imo..he could take that time to set up the greatest lightning tech.. ^_^
