not solo but i think he and sasuke can at lease beat maybe two them

Base Naruto defeated Gaara (episode in the 2nd Shippuuden Movie)
SM Naruto "clone" defeated 3rd Raikage and other kages...
With Naruto's clone experties (durability and strength improved) he can spam it all day and give all those kages a hard time.


although sasuke didn't beat up any kage in the summit, with that battle info and his analytical abilities, it would be a good battle...
