i think sai would win because sai would use snakes to hold him down then use the tiger drawing to seal him

Choji's expansion jutsu would be the factor in this fight, he'll just crush Sai while he's flying on his bird

Choji definitely has more power, but I just don't know how he'll be able to catch Sai seeing as he can fly.

Sai would take this mid difficulty imo.

How are you going to hold that fat Choji down? The moment he expands, all those creatures are going to get squished into ink stains.

Sai cannot win by flying; Choji is big enough to reach him, or just expand his arm to grab the bird and crush it.

The way I see it, when the battle begins Sai will start drawing all these animals. Choji will expand and crush the battlefield (rooftop). Sai is pancake.

Sai medium difficulty, he's one of root's finest for a reason.
