In the end, would it really matter? Sasuke is still a rogue ninja and has done a number of things that likely will need to be punished. He attacked Bee and his unit, attacked the Kage Summit, and killed Danzo. He is perceived as a criminal by every shinobi village, and there is probably very little that he could do to change this.

I had another idea that when Sasuke and Naruto had their final battle, both of them will be seriously injured and Sasuke will die but before that, there will be flashbacks about his pasts and he will realize the wrong things he had done. Well just my idea.

True they may end up fighting each other but would he still change for the good during that fight and realize that hes wrong? and let naruto finish him?
