Seeing as Kishi gives almost no attention to romance in this manga, I think we will never know how the couples will end up like. By logic, it should end with Sasuke/Naruto fight and whatever results of it. But anyway, hoping and speculating doesn't hurt, so...
Seriously, I don't see Naruto and Sakura together. Through all of the story Sakura had never shown any romantic feelings for Naruto. She cares for him of course, but in a sisterly way.
During the war arc, when some fodder ninja confessed to Sakura, she said she already loves another person. And who did she tought about? Sasuke. She loves him, even after he tried to kill her twice. She has very deep feelings for him, that wouldn't go away so easily.
Naruto cares for Sakura's happiness. He understands that she loves Sasuke. Despite the anime showing otherwise, in the manga is clear that he has no more that childish crush. Either his feelings evolved into something more deep, or now he sees Sakura just as a good friend/kind of a sister. And his fixation with Sasuke only makes things more complicated.
I think that even if Naruto and Sakura somehow ended up together, they wouldn't be happy. The memory (or even presence) of Sasuke would always haunt their relationship. Because, basically, Sasuke is what bonds them together: as a member of team 7, Naruto's best friend/rival and Sakura's love interest, and the desire of both of them to bring him back.
Now about NaruHina. Well, this couple seems improbable because of it's lack of development. It took so much time for Hinata to gain courage to confess, and now it's taking forever for Naruto to react somehow. Maybe Kishi trolling on this one.
Some people say they aren't compatible because of Hinata's extreme shyness. But you know, they say opposites attract. But of course, total opposites usually don't get along well. And in the same way people that are too much alike (both too loud/shy) they also don't get together very well - they will either always and up bickering (like Sakura always hitting Naruto) or be just friends.
In my opinion, for a relationship to result, there must be both opposing and equal elements in both partners. Interestingly, this works for both couples: Sakura and Naruto are both loud and short-tempered, but while Naruto is rather naive and well, somewhat dumb, Sakura is smart and mature (at least much more than Naruto). Hinata is very shy, calm and introverted (opposite of Naruto) but both are determined and share the same ninja way
So, my opinion is that there is a possibility of Naruto/Sakura, but I bet on Naruto/Hinata because it seems to be a more harmonic couple, and there's nothing to interfere, unlike Sasuke in NaruSaku case.
And I will leave a little ray of hope for NaruKarin xd . Just because she shares many thins with Kushina (short tempered, red hair, being an Uzumaki), and Kushina told her son to find a girl like her.

And yeah, Although if NaruHina ever happens (Which I genuinely DON'T want to come about).
Hinata's shyness might be a bit of a probléma for Naruto. xP
Guess we'll have to wait and see what Kishi prefers :shrug:
