His C4 is also pretty OP, people seem to forget about it just because Sasuke could beat it... but fact is it would defeat practically anyone in the series who doesn't have eyes to detect it PLUS raiton to disable it... I'm not even sure what Itachi could do against it because he doesn't have raiton. Well, he did say it was his trump card for Itachi after all.

Sasuke could see through it all easily because of his Sharingan, I doubt anyone else would find that its weakness is Raiton (aside from Kakashi and Shikamaru and such smart guys), and even that person should have Raiton to begin with, and even if you have Raiton you still need to be careful of C4 it's horrible.
