Madara was brought back young. Sasori was brought back as a human. So it doesn't bring them back how they were when they died.

Madara knew a young Nagato and most likely gave him his Rinnegan. In order for him to do that, he would have been around the same age Mito was when she met Kushina in this pic:

Which means Madara was around that age when he died.

Where does it state that Nagato has Madara's rinnegan? I know Tobi said that he gave him the rinnegan, but it doesn't say that he got it from Madara.

Well its not been stated 100% but it should be pretty obvious Nagato was given his Rinnegan by Madara.
Tobi (whilst still posing as Madara) said that he gave Nagato the Rinnegan. We then find out the real Madara new a young Nagato, and he unlocked the Rinnegan before he died. The only other person in the ninja world shown to have the Rinnegan apart from the SO6P.
Tobi (whilst posing as Madara) said he wanted Nagato to use Rinne Tensei for him. Later, we see that Madara was expected to be brought back by Nagato (most likely via Rinne Tensei), and was shocked when he found out he was brought back by Edo Tensei.
Bare in mind, it never showed Nagato "unlocking" his Rinnegan. All it showed was his hair move away from his eyes, revealing his Rinnegan. Before that, Nagato always had his hair covering his eyes like this:

Also, Nagato has never deactivated his Rinnegan, a trait which everyone with dojutsu implants cannot do.

When you transplant an eye, it becomes part of your dna. That is why Madara was revived with his EMS (he had Izuna's eye transplanted). Kabuto said they are brought back with all their ablities, including Kekkei Genkai's. So yes, Kakashi would be resurrected with his Sharingan.

Izuna and Madara actually share their DNA... They have basically the same genetic code... Which is different compared to Kakashi and Obito. A transplant doesn't fall under someone's abilities because it isn't their ability. Madara already had all those techniqies though before he unlocked EMS.

Izuna and Madara arn't identical twins... they don't have the exact same dna. I I don't know what that has to do with anything anyway... once they have implanted it into their eye, it becomes their ability. Madara took Izuna's MS, implanted it in his eyes and now he has EMS. So when he was revived, he was revived with his EMS. It is his ability now. It became part of his dna. The Kin Gin bro's ate the 9 tails chakra when they were alive. They were brought back with the 9 tails chakra. Why? because it became part of their dna. Hanzo implanted a venom sack inside him when he was still alive. He was brought back with the venom sack still inside him. Kakuzu was revived with his implanted hearts etc.
What do you mean Madara had all those techniques before he got the EMS? Who said Madara had the Meteor technique before he gained the EMS? What we know so far is that the EMS grants 1 new jutsu and stops you from going blind.
