I'm gonna say death is pretty much assured. OR she lives but ends up old and crusty like Hiruzen was and will need to choose a successor. It probably won't be naruto, but he will def be next after that. Naruto needs to learn and grow more, running a country at 16/17 seems like a horrible decision.

Tsunade ain't gonna die guys. Tsunade is going to stay for mostly 10 more years. Naruto is most likely going to become hokage in his twenties like Minato.

I think anyone who thinks that Tsunade would nominate naruto for hokage or if she died Naruto would become hokage should have their head examine.If Tsunade dies, which I doubt, Kakashi will become the Hokage for sure.Hero or not, no one wants Naruto at his current intelligence level running their village.

Pretty much this. Naruto may very well be the strongest ninja in Konoha, but he's far too stupid to running the show. Def. Kakashi is the next in line, unless somehow he doesn't survive the war, but I actually think Shikaku should be Hokage. I mean, he's basically calling the shots in the war, so running a village should be like child's play. Otoh, if the narutoverse is anything like real life, Naruto is probably an acceptable choice given that most politicians are complete idiots (but inspirational speakers).

Tsunade won't die though. At least not until Sakura is no longer worthless.

I think Tsunade will live. And you said Tsunade trained Sakura, yes, but is she any good like Naruto or Sasuke. She has medial ninjutsu but its not that great.

Yea, Tsunade trained Sakura and Sakura's proven to be quite useless...but who is still in charge of pretty much ALL of the medical mumbo-jumbo going on? It's Sakura; I'm not sure there's much left to train if she's left in charge of all that...Tsunade's job with Sakura is done in my opinion.
