TBB is weak against Rinnegan since it can absorb it also, you can seal or teleport out TBB but it requires chakra.

Anyway Izanagi is the strongest jutsu it can counter everything and with surprise strike back, Amaterasu and Woodstyle (Mokuton) are second the best.

izanagi is not the strongest. danzo had the most izanagi ever and still got defeated. plus if you use it even just once you're ****ed as well.

izanagi is used to escape death. If you don´t possess a powerful attack you cant win a battle with that.
