I can't say which one I think is the best because they are all good in their own respects and some are better against certain people than others, but you did put a lot of time into it, so good job on that I think the wood one is pretty strong though, but I don't know if I'd say strongest.

Imo...its probably gunna be...........chibaku tensei

but genjutsu s have weak spots
eg : tsukuyomi can be broken if the user is strong enough
kotoamatsukami on the other hand takes over a decade to recharge.
mirage genjutsu can also be broken..

you mean infinite tsukuyomi?
i cant add that cuz its never been used yet. so how do we know its extent moreover according to itachi, every jutsu has a weak spot.

and as for CREATION OF ALL THINGS
its like a fairy tale as i mentioned before.
i haven't included any of so6p techniques.
and izanagi is the base of this technique so we are fair here.
