Well outside the several infractions he received for breaking the rules (spamming, racial slurs etc.). He accused a staff member of favoritism as in supporting Sasuke and Sasuke fans (the thought alone is utterly absurd) and then started to insult that mod publicly several times and then he actually has the gall asking to become a mod.

...the reason why this is still open is just because I'm having a blast. Going to trash it soon in any case.

Maybe it's a bit late but this Rep has nothing to do with green dots when it comes to mod selection. It will not be built by using racist slurs, insulting mods and not even understanding the basic rules about how this forum works.
