Well I thought we would be at the war but right when we reach the climax (getting all ready for the war) they throw a 4 week filler arc about Sasuke and Naurot's past, a flashback we have seen about 5 times...

I'd say winter or next year. He went into BM like 2 months ago. A none-filler episode only cover about 1 to 3 chapters. They may add filler fights in the war. We may even get random fillers. End of Summer is too early, imo. The war hasn't even started. Hell.. Gaara hasn't even gave his war speech.
