Amen. Kids today want everything right then and there. I mean, I get it, they want to rp, probably even have rivals that influence them. But for some reason, "most" the newer generation "I have seen" just wants everything right then and there, and some will even start becoming ignorant if you tell them you are full, and others go for the nag approach where they bug you constantly thinking they'll wear you down until you say yes. Which as I've said in other threads, a student/member will not get anywhere in the RP unless they act mature. I knew scorps had a bright future in rp because he was leveled headed and I even said that a few days before he was moded. It just goes to show that patience gives you great things.Thunderbolt, as i said once in the last similar thread about this matter, i started to RP May last year. This means that in less than a year i achieved mastery of basic 5, ninjutsu, genjutsu, taijutsu, gentle fist, wood release, fuuin, became a senpai, then a sensei now an RP mod.
How did i do it? Konoha town, making friends. Being active, mature, respectfull, helpfull and again, active. Most members that complain about not having training get online like 2 hours a day, most not even that. Activity is essential and is the main reason why some people are trained faster than others. The overall behavior also helps. Trolling or harsh, ill mannered members are less likely to gain training than others. It may seem unfair to the ones who have that behavior, but its human nature. You feel better giving training to a willing, deserving, nice person than a Troll.
I don't think that the current situation is that bad. Members are simply less patient than they ever were.
As for the original poster: as I recall, the sensei's used to be able to have two senpai's. I knew a few sensei's that had two. Tho for some reason, probably for the ones stated already by leaf it was removed. Tutors however, is not a good idea. It's basically the same thing as a senpai but worse. Sensei's will have to give extra tests more than they already do. This increases load on the senseis regardless of how you look at it. I also wouldn't take a test just to teach a few elements, I like that test better when it's called the sensei test
