Im sorry,I went way off topic. Yeah your right,Sasuke did decline like in his fight against Killer B. I saw no strategy or planning from Sasuke,just KG. And thats why Sasuke was put in a near death situation twice during that battle. But I did get to see some nice kenjutsu action.(Im going off topic again arent I) So yeah,I agree with you.

Itachi is his older brother seems like he's just trying to stay out of the way lol. Itachi even said Sasuke get behind me. He keeps telling sasuke what to do. Itachi is definetly taking the initiative in this fight.
