well when chiyo was young, she yse to fight hanzo all the time and survive.. well when tsunade was young she got beat by hanzo with oro and jiraiya...men it i think about how hype hanzon is and how badass chiyo will be in her young age .... Mei nothing to say but i think she is stronger than tsunade and chiyo...her kekken genkai was awsome...lava+steam mist....heheh

chiyo is very underrated and powerful. she matched sasori but i admit she was done for without sakura. sakura held her own really well. third kaze would have raped chiyo without her help.
the 100 puppets were not defeated. they just hit and sealed sasori with the dragon thing to cancel it.

Firstly Tsunade's liver would regen therefore she would process the poison and wouldn't feel any effects from it
2ndly If Sakura can hold her own when Chiyo was using her puppets then Tsunade can definitely do the same.
3rdly Tsunade countered all of Chiyo's poison in the second great shinobi war no doubt she still knows how to cure them
4thly Jiraiya says Tsunade was the reason Konoha won the Second Great Shinobi War
5thly Tsunade fought Hanzo the Salamander used poison so toxic that immediate drinking of the cure may not save your life.

I don't really think Mei needs to explained. But she could wash the puppets away with water, crush them with her Earth release, or Burn them all with her lava release (hot enough to melt Susanoo) or Fire release. Which leaves chiyo puppet-less.

It does not say she could not get sick. For example when she used up all her powers she went into a comma. You could say she used all her power up, but she was sick.

All we seen far is her rejuvenate off a punture wound. We seen her sail split into pieces and come back together. But no we have not seen an arm or leg cut off. Maybe now that she went up a level in the recent manga, but I doubt she gets something cut off her she is going to grow another. We seen how Kabuto messed up her and seen how long puntures took. Just imagine now that with Chiyo. How she would use all her puppets to cut up her slow self.

Then it never said Tsunade went one vs one vs chiyo. We mostly seen Tsunade standing behind oro and jirya. Like one guy said it took three of them to fight Hanzo. Hanzo and Chiyo used to fight all the time. So that solves it right there.

Lastly you can compare what if she gets close, but if she did get close you think Chiyo isn't good with close range juding she been around for long time. You see how fast she is at that old age.

Just ask yourself would Chiyo get beat down from Kabuto like Tsuande did.
Confidence or no confidence she needed a baby Naruto to help her. Chiyo used a worthless girl to defeat a top notch ninja. Not saying Kabuto wasn't but Kabuto wooped Tsuade a baby Naruto Tsuade body guard and some randoms.

Just no to Tsuade winning against Chiyo. Plus you need confidence and Tsuade would be going against her ninja health care code.

So no she cannot get sick from poison because her liver would regenerate. So basically everything you said based off of the wrong word and definition is moot.
Losing intenstines and vital organs and regrowing them> losing limb. There is no reason she should be able to heal.
Chiyo is about 20 years older than Tsunade so when Tsunade fought Hanzo around 16 Chiyo was in her mid 30s. Meaning one was in her prime and the other no where near. So logical fail there
Regardless of whether or not Tsunade went toe to toe with her Tsunade has a cure to her poisons. She has poisons of her own. She has chakra blades. She has body pathway derrangement, she has her strength, she has her healing, she has her summon, she has regeneration.
Tsunade didn't get beat down by Kabuto. At all. He got one blitz attack of when he ducked her attack and she was still in mid-air.

Those strikes cut her abdomen muscles and her arm muscles. Meaning she shouldn't have been able to walk. But she was still able to run and blitz him.
Dude confidence was not her problem. She had a medical disorder called hemophobia. Which she overcame with sheer willpower. Look in medical text books and see how unlikely that is. Furthermore she beat Orochimaru with one punch.
