Tobi told us Madara's plan. Hell, Madara himself said "the world should be placed in an eternal Tsukuyomi." Hence.. they must collect all the bijuus to revive the jubi (ten tails). So.. not much mystery about that. Let's add stuff that we really don't have a fcuking clue whatsover.
