The technique they use is a dodjutsu, and i dont think they can do it because of the light... But I can be wrong

In that situation people with great defences, ability to evade it like tobi or suigetsu.
Im not sure how nagato would react to it though because its a rather fast attack and i believe it would get naagto before he can use shinra tensei or whatever

kakashi warps space so the space the light is in will be gone. tobi will just do wat he does best an leave an come bac...nagato idk wat he will do but he will do something.
