Raikage isn't that strong he only broke through partial Susanoo. Who says he needs to be stronger than Tsunade. He can be as strong or a bit less. Daytime tiger could possibly fracture and push pack, if not, break Susanoo. The brute force of that technique is a little to much.

With each of the gates the users physical strength increases beyond measure. And what Tsunade does isn't physical strength. She puts a great amount of chakra into that one point and releases it at once that's why she can do incredible things like the pick you posted above.

Gates is raw strength. Can it break through Susanoo? Probably most likely. Can we be sure not really unless it actually happens? Obviously there is no definite answers in this thread because its all just opinions based on facts because you can't have opinions based on facts because they eventually become facts.
