Any neutral who actually reads the manga would say sasuke would beat them with high difficulty. Anyway lets establish a few facts.

First of all, sasuke never used amaterasu on gaara, it was enton.

Gaara alone didnt pull madara out of susano, onoki helped him. Also keep in mind that an incomplete susano has its weaknesses and thats the gaps in its ribcage and underneath. A full susano doesnt even have a ribcage or any weaknesses underneath

Thirdly gaara's sand defene has been bypassed by sasuke already, but also his so called ultimate defence was penetrated by sasuke. Now you could say gaara's sand is faster in part2 and that may be right, but was is also right is that sasuke has increased his speed in part 2 aswell.

Also i keep on hearing people say gaara can be immune from genjutsu by using the 3rd eye. Lmao thats funny. First of all genjutsu requires no eye contact although sasuke does need his sharigan. Anyway that 3rd eye counter that you guys keep saying that gaara would use to stop sasuke's sharigan genjutsu is a fail, and tbh it fails so much so that it would prove the opposite. That technique would make gaara even more prone to sharigan genjutsu and if you knew how the 3rd eye works youd understand;
