WOW IT SEEMS LIKE EVERYONE IS RETARDED xd the people who say tobi is obito can be right because although we don't know for sure, tobi could have a used a jutsu similar to oro's soul transfer (into a different body); If we're going by your logic then that means all he edos kabuto raised are evil or the bodies oro possessed are evil. No it just means oro took over it and with senju dna (zetsu) he rebuilt the body, which is why the zetsu fluid and blood leaked out from his body when he was attacked. It's not obito but tobi in obito's body and that's why he has sharingan. He was probably a powerful ninja before or just another uchiha who needed another body to survive. I'm not against other theories but when people don't see this as a possibility they're being ignorant.

I consider that with these theories. The thing is how he aged within such a short time between Obito's death and Tobi's attack on the Leaf? Even if someone used a jutsu similar to Orochimaru's soul transfer the body should still stay the same age, and should age regularly. And it would be nice to know one thing about his technique. I don't think it was ever revealed if he could transfer his soul into a dead body, which I don't think that would be possible because that would just be like Edo Tensei.
The only reason why I think it's not Obito is because it would be too obvious. A mystery like that is never that obvious, unless Kishi wants to pull the ultimate troll move and decides Tobi is Obito.
