The lightning in the user's palm sounds like birds chirping, hence the name.
Note: Someone who mastered lightning release can perform chidori with just the Ox hand seal.

The clone has a physical substance and therefor is able to use ninjutsu and taijutsu techniques as well as he has all the normal moves the user has.
Note: Can only use lightning based techniques up to B rank.

PS: note that Kirin would normally kill you, I just casted it at a lower scale so it would not...

here is the cach: To use Kirin, one must cast a chidori: If they use the chidori to controll the lighting (thus, casting Kirin), they will be striken by the Rain of the Stars, thus die (before they controll the lighting)... On the other hand, if they want to survive, they must deffend agaist the Rain of the stars, giving me enough time to cast chidori (wile they try to deffend), and turn my hand to the sky, thus casting Kirin... It's all in the timing...

not so much... they will loose the timing while they deffend against the Rain of the stars (activating the 8 trigrams Palms Revolving Heaven) by the time they activate it, I will already be performing the Ox hand seal ...

Still, there is a weak point to my combo, but I shall not reveal it, for obvius reasons

if you have proper training till the jutsu's element and rank, you get it auto... and I guess all vilages have it, but I'm faithfull to Kumo, so I've never seen other villages
