I truly believe Tobi is the eldest son of the sage of the six paths. His knowledge is vast and even Madara spoke of him like they had a bargain before the battle between him and the 1st hokage and with all of the eyes he possesses (rinnegan and sharingan) he had to be around for a long time. Far longer than obito.

Why I disagree with this theory is also said in my original post at the bottom, but anyway I disagree because no one in the naruto series is immortal even orochimaru tried to become immortal but failed. If the sage was not immortal why would his weaker son be immortal ?

without those zetsu's there would be no war. he only uses the tailed beasts chakra in order to progress the eye of the moon plan. tobi would do anything in order to complete that technique.

We hv seen kakshi.during the time of 4ths fight with nine tails,well if obito did survive he wud hv grown too natural phenomena

his left side of face was never evealed,so there might be a possibility that he could hv implanted sharingan and all the shade was added to conceal the scar

also he could hv used izanagi with his right eye instead he chose his left eye makin even more suspicious that left eye cud be implanted

Sasuke only that strong through Sharingan powerups. Moreover, he had Orochimaru as a sensei. It is not confirmed whether Tobi has MS (so no Susanoo, amaterasu etc) so how could he fight on the 4th Hokage's level? Zetsu trained him?

Some people say that madara lived longg after the battle with the 1st and could of trained him, I don't believe that but still.

Anyway if as said in my theory he did unlock his ability to become intangible and his space time technique what more would he need. Infact in that battle was there actually any fighting it was a battle of brains not bronze and tobi infact lost that battle the 4th out smarted him and he failed !

Waste of time to read something like this. Obito never had rinnegan, Obito never had 3 tome sharingan, and Obito would never be able to control the nine tailed fox.

Tobi controled the 4. Mizukage in years, Obito wasnt born in that time.

1)wrong section, I may be new here,but atleast I saw the. "all tobi theory threads go here" section

2) tobi=obito threads are a consesus as being fail and pointless, so "tobi=/=obito" threads such as this are a "no shit sherlock, we already reached that like a hundred or so chapters ago"

what i'm saying is tobi does not need to get involved in battles that don't benefit him. he does need chakra to use that tech but that doesn't mean he can just fight or use that tech whenever he wants. It's a waste of energy/chakra
