OK so I see alot of Tobi theory's flying around all the time saying the same thing but this time I am not stating who he is but who he's not

So to start off with these are character's we can say without a doubt are NOT Tobi

so
Sasuke
Naruto
Kakashi
Obito
Nagato
I'm not ruling out any female characters because you never know he/she could be using a transformation jutsu to look male and then added the mask and cloak to add to the mystery

so who else can you say without a doubt is not Tobi
(and I'm not ruling out ichi raku he's my number 1 suspect never trusted street food vendors )

I did it mainly because there are countless (literally as you yourself have made two today alone) on who Tobi is

this thread is a little bit of fun but also saying without a doubt that these characters are in no way tobi

and Like I said at the beginning I'm not ruling out Tobi somehow being a woman at the end due to a transformation jutsu (inlikely but still possible)
